Packages are shipped within 2-3 business days after an order/orders are been placed. Please note, if you place your order on Friday, we will start counting your 2-3 days from Monday.
Delivery time can take 3-5 business days depending on the carrier used for your delivery.

Please use the subject EXCHANGE or ADDITIONS as email, and don’t forget to add your order number. As long as the item is available, we will be happy to fulfil your request. Orders received after 10 days are not opened for exchanges.
For all exchanges, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number being referenced and don’t forget to use EXCHANGE as subject.
For now we will not be accepting international returns. Please don’t forget to check out the size chart before placing an order. Our advice is that you get yourself measured before placing an order. We are not responsible for any custom fee/fine charged on an international shipment
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
We accept all returns within 7 business days of receiving your item(s) IF IN GOOD SHAPE.
We will not honor any returns after the 7 days business day period. We will not be accepting any order not in good shape or damaged. Lastly, we will appreciate if you do not forget to enclose a printed copy of your emailed invoice inside the package. For returns, please return to the below address.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
